Shipping Policy

  1. Complimentary Shipping Across India - We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. No minimum purchase is required.
  2. Order Processing Time - Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
  3. Delivery Timeline - Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. A confirmation email and tracking link will be shared once your order leaves our facility.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want your Auance experience to feel exceptional — always. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you.

  1. Return & Exchange Window - You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items - To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, free from damage or fragrance, and returned with the Auance Tag intact. Items without the Auance Tag are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping Cost - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may send the item through any reputable courier of your choice.
  4. Exchanges - Exchange requests will be processed once the returned item passes our internal quality check.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method - All approved returns are refunded exclusively as Auance Store Credit. Store Credit is issued digitally, can be used toward any future purchase on auance.com, and does not expire.
  2. Quality Check - Refunds and exchanges are initiated only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
  3. Non-Returnable Items - Certain product categories may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
